Yes! We understand the importance of consistency and trust. We strive to send the same dedicated team to your home for every service, ensuring they become familiar with your specific needs and preferences.
How do I schedule, and how flexible is rescheduling?
Booking is quick — fill out the contact form, text us, or give us a call and we'll get back to you the same day with availability. Life happens, so we let you reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
What products do you use? Are they safe for pets and kids?
We default to plant-based, non-toxic products that are gentle on little hands and four-legged paws while still cutting through everyday grime. If you have a preferred brand or any sensitivities, just let us know and we'll work with what you trust.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most of our clients are at work or out with their family while we clean. We can use a lockbox, code, or any other access method you prefer. Our team is fully insured and bonded, so your home is safe in our hands.
